Dear Steamed Cuisine Community,

Spring is settling down and we are more into vegetable-heavy meals and salads. If that's what you are in the mood for, I have a few new options for you.

Now that you are a member of a clean eating and steam cooking focused community, I have burning questions: Do you steam your foods? If so, what food steamer do you use? My new article may interest you and your health minded friends.

I usually have this French classic at dinner time, along a warm soup and a side of whole rice to fill up kid's hungry tummies. It also works as a whole meal when me and my husband want to eat a lighter dinner.

Easy Steamed Cabbage & Carrots Stir Fry with Sesame Dressing

Love a good stir fry? Learn to make them based on this easy recipe. Instead of stir frying, thereby burning your oil and degrading nutrients, choose to pre steam your ingredients and sauté them at low temperature. This preserves the crunch, taste, colors and scent of your foods.

This recipe is crunchy, colorful and full or flavor thanks to a creamy sesame oil dressing. It is also very filling thanks to the fun rice noodles all kids enjoy so much. Try it out and fall in love, like us!

If you started getting interested in steam cooking, it does not mean you steam your food yet. Do you even own a food steamer?
