Dear Steamed Cuisine Community,

It's been a while, I know. Last month went so fast I didn't see it go.

Having many little ones is like that sometimes, and Easter showed me how much I needed to rest so I took the invitation and did rest a bit.

This week, I have two recipes for you that you may enjoy a lot. One is for the Easter season: If you like lamb you should try my lamb blanquette. The other one is for the early summer days, a classic hummus with color, and fermented if you like. Have fun with making healthy foods!

Easter Lamb Recipe: Lamb Blanquette

The blanquette is a type of French stew. There are many recipes involving many types of meat. This one is one of my favorite dishes, I learned from my mom. It lends itself very well to steam cooking and has a ton of flavor!

Pink Hummus, Steamed and Fermented

It's still a baby theme: If you have a baby or friends / family of yours do, they probably are or will be looking into baby food makers!
